Prior to joining KBW Ventures, Sophia was an active entrepreneur in the health and wellness industry and continues to be active in the wider sector. She holds a Bachelors of Education from Dún Laoghaire Institute of Art, Design and Technology, where she developed skills in communication, creativity, and proactive approaches to problem solving. Sophia is passionate about learning and knowledge exchange around health, emotional intelligence, and psychology. With an array of diverse experiences throughout her career, she has navigated through several industries including fitness, finance, and real estate.
