Based in Washington, D.C., Steve is an experienced Chief Financial Officer with over 20 years of heading up Accounting, Finance, Tax, and Compliance work for multiple operating entities and investment funds. He has served as CFO of a publicly traded company on the NASDAQ, participated in over 30 capital raises, and 15 Merger and Acquisition events for operating companies he has worked with.
Steve has been the CFO of over 40 companies and has served on the Board of Visitors of George Mason University, where he was Chairman of the Audit Committee and Vice Chairman of the Finance and Land Use Committee for this $1 billion institution. He has served on the Board of Directors for half a dozen companies, and was appointed as a technology advisor by the Governor of Virginia. He has served on the Northern Virginia Technology Council’s TECHPAC arm, and has worked with numerous capital campaigns for charitable groups. He is a graduate of George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia.
